Du meinst mit allen Kürbissen? Ich habs bisher mit Hokkaido und Butternut probiert, ging beides :D
Wichtig: Wirklich Karos reinritzen, sonst brauch der eeewig im Ofen!

Ja genau. Im Grunde ist das ein Kartoffel-Kürbis-Gulasch. Wenn ich Süßkartoffeln zu Hause habe (und die habe ich eigentlich immer hier) schmeiße ich die dann auch noch dazu *g*. Mit Schlagobers verfeinern und ferdisch. Ich muss gestehen, den Spaghetti-Kürbis habe ich auch erst voriges Jahr entdeckt und das auch nur durch Zufall weil ich dachte das wär ein Deko-Kürbis *lach*

Dein Rezept kommt auf jeden Fall in mein Rezeptbuch und wird ausprobiert. Klingt verdammt lecker.
Hast Du schon mal den Spaghetti-Kürbis probiert? Super easy daraus nudelfreie Pasta zu machen. Da lass sogar ich die Nudeln stehen *g*
